  1. HOME - INFORMATION:
We welcome you from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., outside these hours, please contact us. Upon your arrivalthe beds are made (sheets, duvet), towels provided. Remember to take your beach towels. End of stay cleaning is included (see reservations)
The distribution in the chalets is done by order of registration and according to your requests. We cannot guarantee a specific location, however, let us know your preferences, we will do our best.
The chalets and all of the common areas are NON-SMOKING . We are in the heart of the forest, be careful, put out your butts and throw them in the ashtrays.
Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., silence is required and the day is peacefulJ
Minors not accompanied by their parents are not accepted.
The whole site is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Safety instructions and emergency numbers are in the welcome booklet of your chalet.
  1. PARKING :
For the tranquility of all and the safety of your children, no car on site. A private, free, unguarded parking area is available 200m from the chalets, via a forest path. No more than 30km / h. To facilitate your installation, wheeled carts are available at the drop-off center , near the chalets. One car per accommodation. We decline all responsibility in the event of theft or damage.
  1. ACCOMMODATION:Description, seasonality, duration of rental appear on your booking confirmation and on our website. Our cabins have a defined accommodation capacity, which cannot be exceeded (a baby or a child counting for one person).
An inventory of entry and exit will be established at the beginning and end of the stay, with deposit. In the event of a complaint, notify us within 24 hours of your arrival .In the event of an emergency, we retain the right to enter your accommodation to carry out any repairs, without financial compensation.
We offer you your end of stay cleaning , however, on the day of departure the cabins must be returned in a clean state : clean kitchen, cleaned gas, empty bins, tidy up dishes, empty dishwasher, clean furniture ... Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 50 to 150 will be retained.
The reservation is nominative , you cannot sublet, even free of charge, your cabin without our prior agreement.
  1. JACUZZI - SAUNA - POOLS - CREEKS : Any water point is dangerous. Constant monitoring of your children is necessary.
Spa and Sauna : we do not eat, do not dive, do not jump, do not push… The presence of an adult is essential when swimming in the SPA. For safety reasons and to keep the water warm, put the cover back on the jacuzzi after each use. The minimum depth is 45 cm, the maximum depth is 75 cm. The products necessary for maintenance are at your disposal during your stay, watch over the quality of your water, if necessary, we can help you. For the rental of a SPA, a deposit of 1,000 n e is required (check or credit card).
SAUNA: In general, it is advisable to seek medical advice before a session, but is prohibited if :state of pregnancy, wounds, infections, etc., for children under 16 and unaccompanied minors.
  1. LOSSES - FLIGHTS - DEGRADATIONS   : Les Cabanes d'Hestia cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal effects throughout the site, both inside and outside the facilities. If a resident causes bodily injury or material damage, civil liability may be sought.
  2. ANIMALS : Do not disturb the animals in the farmyard. An apiary is present on our site, do not approach, the risks of bites are possible.
Your pets are not allowed .
  1. PRICES : Our prices are inclusive of all taxes, excluding tourist tax per night / per person over 18).
This rate includesrental of accommodation, water, electricity, gas, sheets and towels, access for a vehicle, services and wifi at reception.
The price indicated to the customer at the time of booking is authentic and cannot in any case be modified, unless the customer changes the parameters of his reservation. For the same stay, some have benefited from different tariff conditions, in no case will we reimburse the difference.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay validates your reservation, maximum 8 days after, you will receive a confirmation email. In case of late payment, we can exercise the option, for a fee. One month before the start of your stay, the balance of your reservation must be paid in full , and you will receive a new confirmation email from us.
  1. PAYMENT METHODS : Bank check, transfer, Bank cards, American Express, Holiday voucher, secure online payment, Paypal.
  1. GIFT VOUCHER : Valid 12 months from the date of purchase, payable on order. It is non-refundable(even not used).
  1. RESERVATION - CANCELLATION - MODIFICATION :The reservation is effective only after written confirmation by us, CDV signed and the payment of the deposit or the entire stay (depending on arrival date).
If Modification and / or cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the stay is refunded by bank check with a 10% deduction. Between 20 and 30 days : 40% deduction. Between 20 and 8 days , 60% deduction, from 7 to 2 days, 75% of the amount of the stay are retained. Less than 2 days, the entire stay is due.
In the event of external events beyond our control (bad weather, fire, etc.), we could delay your stay, depending on availability, without compensation.
No refund in case of early departure or interruption of stay .
Cancellation insurance is available, we invite you to subscribe for any compensation from our partner campez-couvert.com. You have 48 hours to inform them.
  1. GUARANTEE DEPOSIT - CIVIL LIABILITY : A deposit of € 500 to 1,000 will be requested on your arrival to cover any costs of restoration in the event of damage, cleaning, etc.It will be returned to you after an inventory, within 8 days at the latest, minus any damage. Use as a "good father" is requested. You must have liability insurance.

Renting accommodation means becoming aware
of these CDV, as well as their total acceptance.
In the event of LITIGATION, the court of BEZIERS is qualified.
