Massages

Certified professional wellness massage practitioner Nathalie Scalzotto works for the benefit of a wide public: individuals, residents as well as professionals within care and living facilities, and in events.

Trained in various therapeutic or relaxation techniques such as Tui Na, Sip Sen, Swedish, Thai, Foot Reflexology, Chi Nei Tsang.

  • Tuina : originating from traditional Chinese medicine, with its precise movements and gentle pressure, Tuina reharmonizes your body, releasing tension, encouraging circulation and restoring balance.

  • Sip Sen : Oil massage performed on the entire body to promote the release of deep tension in the back, legs and neck

  • CHI NEI TSANG : A practice originating from traditional Taoist Chinese medicine, Chi (breath energy), Nei (internal), and Tsang (viscera) work, through gentle and deep movements, to release tensions and detoxify the targeted organs (intestines, liver, spleen, pancreas, lungs, heart).

  • Foot reflexology : technique of applying pressure to the reflex points of the foot.

Private yoga classes:

Ashtanga Yoga : a dynamic yoga based on the repetition of postures. Invigorating and inspiring, creating a continuous and vigorous flow.

Yin Yoga : postures are held for extended periods, in comfort, with gravity doing the work. An active nap, for total relaxation.

Hatha Yoga: postures are held to stretch and strengthen each muscle, accompanied by breathing exercises to calm the mind. 1.5-hour session (€50 for 1 to 3 people). All levels welcome.

Mindful relaxation sessions

  • Soothe your racing thoughts with gentle words, music, and breathing exercises. You'll be guided through visualizations to regain balance and mental clarity. €30 for 40 minutes. Book for 1 or 2 people.


Mindful guided walk in the forest

  • A special journey, where the forest tells its story. Your senses awaken to the birdsong, to the rustling of leaves in the wind. Feel each step on the ground, breathe deeply the fresh air, and observe the wonders that surround you. It's a walk where every step becomes a meditation, connecting you to nature and to yourself in a deep and comforting way.


Canoe trip on the lake:

  • Sail on the calm waters of Lake Raviège , 4 km from the cabins. The surrounding mountains and forest beautifully frame the crystal-clear waters of La Salvetat. An invitation to escape, in the heart of nature.
